What does it cost?

Is Pristy compatible with mobile and smartphone?

Yes, Pristy is compatible with mobile and smartphone from a web browser.

Alfresco application (Android & IOS) is also compatible with Pristy (limited features).

What are the differences from Alfresco Community?

By combining the best free softwares, Alfresco Community and Collabora Online with an interface improved by Jeci, Pristy offers a simple and professional document management tool.

What is the storage limit?

20 Go storage are included in the basic offer, but it is always possible to order additional volumes according to your needs, without theoretical limit.

Can any type of file be stored?

Yes, and Collabora Online compatible files are directly editable online.

Can we store compressed files?

Yes.

What languages are available with Pristy?

Pristy is available in English and French, but we can confirm more languages according to your needs.

Does the use and handling of Pristy require training?

The interface is designed to be easy to use, but if necessary, Jeci offers support to ease the change.

What are the differences between the plans?

We no longer have a plan system offer anymore. We now have a basic price, identical for all, with a preferential fee in case of a 12 months commitment. À la carte options are available according to your needs.

Is Pristy a free software?

Yes, Pristy only implements free softwares, specifically Alfresco Community EDM and Collabora Online online office suite.

What is a free software?

Where are Pristy’s servers located?

Hosting is in France at OVH. It is available now on OVHcloud marketplace (available in France for now, and soon in Europe). We can also install Pristy at your location, request a quote.

Pristy simply requires a modern web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.) and can therefore be used on Linux (any distribution), Windows or macOS.

Pristy applies the principle of reversibility:

  • … and this includes reversibility: you can retrieve your data at any time – software included – and have it installed on another server by another partner, you are not locked into our solution.
  • Behind Pristy is a human-sized digital service company with less than ten employees: you can contact us directly to ask for new features or developments related to your business, or to give us feedback on your usage.
  • Our interface is easy to use and has full documentation. It is accessible to everyone, whatever their level of computer knowledge.
  • Your data is on a dedicated server, no data sharing or indexing with another client.

Why not have a freemium solution?

No enterprise offering from US drives is free: our basic per-user rate offering is cheaper.

Pristy doesn’t have a free month, but you can test our demo platform for free.

Do you have the same functionality as competitors?
