The key points of this feature

What’s it for?

Your favourite items are automatically added to the menu!

So you can access them from any Pristy location!

How to use it?

It’s as simple as that

If the star at the end of the item is empty, click on it: the item is added to your favourites, and you can find it again in the menu.

If the star at the end of the item is full, click on it: the item is removed from the favourites and from the menu.

Tips from the team

A well-used tool is a tool that pays for itself. Our team members are the first to use Pristy and to develop their own habits.
Here are a few tips on how to use it:

Tip 1:

Give your documents clear names. If they have identical names, think about renaming them to make them easier to find.

If, for example, you have the names of frequently recurring items (logo, media kit, press kit, payslip, identity card, etc.) in different locations, add the name of the entity to which the item refers after it.

This will keep your favourites bar tidy and help you find your items more quickly!

Tip 2 :

Remember to sort through your favourites regularly to avoid ending up with all your documents in your favourites: that would be unreadable and counter-productive.

From time to time, take a look at your favourites and if you no longer consult an item since it was validated, delete it from your favourites!
