On 12 May 2026 in Lyon, Jeci takes part in RPLL 2026 with two hands-on workshops: a deep dive into the new features of Pristy 26.0 — the open-source document management suite — and a real-world use case around Grist, a collaborative data management tool. Live demos are available throughout the day at the Jeci stand. Free and mandatory registration at rpll.fr.

RPLL 2026, 6th edition

The RPLL, or Rencontres Professionnelles du Logiciel Libre (Professional Meetings for Free and Open Source Software), is organised by Ploss-Ra (of which we are members), a network of around thirty digital companies working with free software in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Companies, local authorities, associations and universities come together to exchange on free and open-source software.

“Your digital sovereignty starts here”

Come and see Pristy 26.0 in action

At our stand, we will be presenting the latest developments in the Pristy document management suite. Version 26.0 marks an important milestone in our vision of the document as a living object:

  • Configurable classification plans per space — each team organises its documents according to its own business rules, within a shared framework
  • User views — save your searches and quickly retrieve what matters to you
  • Markdown and PDF online editing — edit your content directly in the DMS, without downloading or using third-party software
  • Pristy Diffusion (beta) — publish and share content from your document space to the outside world

Our teams are available all day for demonstrations and to answer your questions: setting up a DMS, choosing between on-premise and SaaS, contributing to the open-source project.

Pristy 26.0: discovering new features in a hands-on workshop

📅 Tuesday 12 May · 9:40am

Pristy 26.0: discovering new features in a hands-on workshop — RPLL 2026

Bring your laptop — we’ll give you access to a demo server. The goal: to directly explore the new features of version 26.0 — classification plans, online editing, Pristy Diffusion, advanced search views — and leave with a concrete understanding of what Pristy can bring to your organisation.

Facilitated by Jérémie Lesage, Managing Director and Software Engineer at Jeci, creator of Pristy. He may even share a few exclusives on upcoming Pristy applications and features.

Grist: a collaborative tool by design

Grist: a collaborative tool by design — RPLL 2026, 12 May at 2pm

As part of the RPLL workshops organised by Marie-Jo Kopp Castinel (OpenGo), Lucie Lesage will share Jeci’s internal use of Grist: invoice tracking, Pristy product backlog, sales pipeline and service catalogue.

Because we don’t only talk about successes — Grist’s limitations will also be on the agenda. As a bonus: we will demonstrate live a Grist table used in-house at Jeci.

Do you use LibreOffice or Collabora Online? These are excellent office tools, but managing a data referential in a spreadsheet quickly becomes cumbersome. Grist is built for that.

Pristy is a 100% open-source document management suite, published under the AGPL licence.

Pristy Média Diffusion: your feedback matters

We will also be presenting Pristy Média Diffusion, our new document-to-web publishing module. If you already use a DAM in your organisation — or have thought about it without taking the plunge — come and talk to us at the stand. What you expect from it, what holds you back, what you feel is missing: your real-world feedback is directly useful to us.
