Since September 2026, Pristy has been listed on the APOLLO multi-vendor contract of Resah, the French network of hospital buyers (Réseau des acheteurs hospitaliers).

About the APOLLO contract

APOLLO, for “APprovisionnement et Optimisation de la Liste des LOgiciels” (software procurement and optimisation), is a library of software and related services, run by the Resah purchasing centre, with Computacenter as contract holder. Health, social and medico-social establishments, departments, and local authorities with more than 250,000 inhabitants can order Pristy through it.

Who can use it?

Resah is a French purchasing centre: APOLLO is only open to French public buyers and private non-profit health establishments. It is split into two contracts, depending on the type of organisation.

1. Health, social and medico-social care (contract 2024-R077): public and private non-profit health establishments, social and medico-social establishments, departmental fire and rescue services (SDIS), departmental councils and universities, in mainland France and in the overseas departments and territories (DROM-COM).
2. Local authorities (contract 2024-R078): regions, single territorial authorities, territorial public establishments, urban communities, municipalities and metropolitan areas with more than 250,000 inhabitants.

Does your municipality, intermunicipal body or metropolitan area have fewer than 250,000 inhabitants? Organisations outside France buy Pristy directly from Jeci.

Order Pristy through Resah

Are you a buyer in a French health establishment, social or medico-social establishment, department or large local authority?

When you buy through the Resah purchasing centre, you do not need to run your own advertising and competitive tendering procedure (article L2113-4 of the French Public Procurement Code): Resah has already put the APOLLO contract out to tender for you.

Which services are available?

The Pristy catalogue listed on APOLLO covers your document management needs, as SaaS hosted in France or on-premise in your own infrastructure. Depending on what you want to do:

• Pristy Espaces manage, file and share your departments’ documents, the suite’s document management system;
• Pristy Marchés build and keep your public procurement files;
• Pristy Social follow your users’ social care files, with every action traced;
• Pristy Actes publish your administrative acts and deliberations;
• Pristy Connect migrate documents from your former document management system or business applications.

Every application opens from Pristy Portail, the suite’s common entry point. Jeci, the publisher of Pristy, also offers its support and custom development for your Pristy project on the APOLLO contract.

Pristy is developed as free software, with open and auditable source code.

How to proceed?

1. Join the Resah purchasing centre and sign its agreement: the process is described on the APOLLO offer page of the Resah buyer area (in French). If your organisation is not a member yet, write to relation-adherent@resah.fr.
2. Ask Computacenter for a quote, at the address of your contract:
   • health, social, medico-social care and departments: resah.apollo.sante@computacenter.com;
   • local authorities with more than 250,000 inhabitants: resah.apollo.coter@computacenter.com.
3. Place your order on Equinoxe, Computacenter’s ordering portal.
