Pristy Marchés is an application for document management of Public Procurement. It offers a dedicated interface for uploading procurement documents to the EDM.
This application was developed with the support of the Département du Gard.
This application is specifically designed for French organizations but can be adapted to your needs.

Each contract type has its own filing plan
Simple navigation through the filing plan, with consultation by department, then by service.
Procurement files are standardized according to your filing plan.
Favorites are available to keep frequently accessed contracts at your fingertips.
Includes batch management and framework agreements. Manages upstream and downstream execution and prepares for archiving.
Automatic classification
Whether your documents come from a business application or are uploaded directly, their classification is done automatically based on your filing plan.
Import, define a type, enter the reference date: Pristy takes care of the rest.
Users don’t have to remember the filing plan for files and documents to always comply with it. Both import and consultation are made easier!
Note: this ensures a defined nomenclature for archiving and simplifies your file transfers between services. There’s no need to go through the data again to archive files.
Adapted search
You can easily search through your procurement documents and refine your search with metadata specific to public procurement.
➔ Connectors
We have developed a connector with MarcoWeb so that your documents are directly integrated and classified in the EDM from this tool.
Add content automatically from your procurement creation application: the MarcoWeb connector already exists.
As part of a project with the Département du Gard, we developed a connector with the MarcoWeb business application. The MarcoWeb application deposits documents in a folder defined in Pristy Marchés. The metadata defined on these documents is processed to:
- create the corresponding procurement folders
- type the documents
- rename the documents
- classify the documents

Why Pristy Marchés?
We are developing this application with the support of the Département du Gard to bring together in the EDM all documents from their creation to their execution.
This way, all documents are centralized, easily accessible and ready for archiving.

One possible future development for the product is the creation of connectors with public procurement dissemination platforms.
