If you need help, please see our article “What is EDM?”.

Pristy is an intuitive, easy-to-use application with a modern, clean design.

Many EDMs today are still austere and unattractive; and let’s be honest who likes to work on a tool with an outdated design that requires many clicks and training to be used?

With Pristy, we offer you a new way of looking at EDM and combining the utility with the pleasure while gaining in productivity.

Why intuitive?

For beginners or amateurs like me, it is necessary to facilitate the use of EDM functionalities. Ideally, one should quickly understand how it works, and easily understand the features. Even if it’s new software, from a new vendor, I need to have my bearings. If I have to spend time understanding and knowing how to use the different features, it’s a waste of time, it has to come naturally.

For those who grew up with computers or learned to work with them, the vast majority of us have acquired universal “standards” for using software (for example, the cross at the top right to close the page). By respecting these norms, we can therefore make EDM intuitive because we simplify its usability.

The purpose of intuitive use is to avoid questions such as “how do I get to this document?” or “what is this star icon for”?

Why elegant?

We spend more and more time facing screens. Making the user interface elegant is a synonym of pleasant work. For years, interfaces have been something square and very unattractive, often because they were developed to meet a need, without thinking about the user. Now, as the use of digital technology becomes more widespread in all sectors, interfaces must respond to the needs of users.

As a user of business software, I need the functionalities necessary for my profession. But not at the expense of visual comfort. I want to be able to work with elegant interfaces because that’s what I do every day.

And a visually pleasing working environment makes you want to work. If you think about it, are the tools you want to use the ones that have functionality, but are slow, complex and rough? Or the ones that are elegant, modern, and fast?

Why simple to use?

On the one hand, to gain in productivity: the easier it is to use, the less time is spent on a task, the more tasks can be achieved, and this without extending working time. And gaining productivity is gratifying: you get more done in less time, you spend less time on futile actions.

On the other hand, to be accessible to all audiences. Easy to use means usable without training time. Training is time-consuming and costly. Having a no formation tool means that, for certain highly flexible workplaces in particular, new employees can be put into production very quickly.

How do you make EDM intuitive, elegant and easy to use?

By identifying customer needs, business processes and the way users work All this while considering the objectives: gain in efficiency, in productivity, and create a pleasant working environment.

What are the benefits?

  • Minimize resources for the same work.
  • To be the most competitive despite globalisation
  • Minimize environmental and social impacts: improve visual comfort and make the working environment pleasant
  • Increase productivity without constraining the user

Having an intuitive, easy-to-use and elegant EDM means having the right tool to improve working comfort and productivity. A good knowledge of the business processes allows to simplify the expected features.
