You can edit your documents simultaneously with your team members in LibreOffice (odt, ods, odp, etc.) and Office (docx, xlsx, pptx, etc.) formats. Your layouts are kept.

This functionality is possible thanks to the integration of Collabora Online, one of the biggest contributors to Libre Office: Collabora Online: it is the integration of LibreOffice online.

You can search for documents by text or content from anywhere in the application.

We’ve added a highly requested feature: search within a workspace or folder.

You know a document is in a workspace, search only in that workspace and save time!

Our menu is interactive, each user can adapt it to their needs as often as they wish. It consists of two favourite sections workspaces and documents and folders.

Do you use a file often? Do you frequently add content to a folder? Do you use certain workspaces daily? Do you want to quickly consult a specific file?

Nothing could be simpler: add it to your favourites, and it will automatically appear in your menu.

You no longer use a document?

Delete it from your favourites, it will no longer be in your menu.

Don’t waste time clicking from folder to folder to get to the document you use every day.

Pristy is now internationalized: we have translated the application into English. We’ve set up an internationalization system that allows us to create a new language with a few clicks.

The most complicated part? The translation!

You can classify your documents by type of Actes:

• Deliberation (DE)
• Regulatory acts (AR)
• Individual acts (IA)
• Contracts and amendments (CC)
• Budgetary and financial documents (BF)
• Other (AU)

Adds a stamp that displays on the document the date the document was published.

Allows the attachment of annexes to a regulatory act.

The act and its appendices are then displayed on the same page.
