Application for public procurement document management!
A dedicated interface for depositing contract documents in the EDM.
- Create your contract from a form: the filing plan folders are created automatically.
- Add documents to a contract, specify the document type and they will be automatically filed in the correct folder!
- Includes lot management and framework agreements.
- Advanced search on content
- Add content automatically from your contract creation application: the Marco Web connector is already in place.

Pristy MDPH: AssMat / AssFam

New interface (Pristy!) for the MDPH module.
- Pristy interface in VueJS for better user experience.

Functional applications: to improve productivity and security
To meet increasingly demanded functional needs, we are specifying two applications whose first versions will arrive in 2024.

This application is currently being specified and will be Alfresco compatible.
It will provide traceability on documents: reporting, user behavior analysis, consultation statistics, usage statistics, etc.
The application will be equipped with a monitoring interface that will display analytical dashboards on activity, for example, the number of documents created and/or consulted by space / user and will report alerts of abnormal behavior.
Pristy Process: adding simplified workflows
Pristy Process
Pristy Process will allow adding simplified workflows to Pristy. The goal is to simplify the implementation of document processing.
To offer simple and linear actions integrated into Pristy on elements.
Rather than adding a traditional workflow engine* (low-code approach), we propose an approach based on Python scripts. Without being low code, this application will therefore be simple to evolve. An advanced administrator will be able to easily create or evolve their own processes in a few minutes and with hot deployment!
We will be able, for example, to add these processes to Pristy:
- Document validation
- Document signing
- Zip creation
- Connection to external applications (content import or export)
- File classification,
- etc.
This list is far from exhaustive, with Pristy Process, the possibilities are numerous while remaining simple to use for the administrator and the user!
* it is still possible to connect a workflow engine to Pristy and Alfresco
We have listened to our users and included in the Pristy roadmap the most requested features.

- Dashboard (dashboard) on the home page,
- Pin (pin) content.
Planned redesigns
In a principle of continuous improvement, we are working on redesigning various features:
- Redesign of permissions management (Q1 2024),
- Better message management and addition of a notification area,
- Upload redesign.
