Pristy Marchés is getting a major upgrade. Version 2.0 is under development, in partnership with Eurométropole de Strasbourg and with the support of the Département du Gard. And it is at Coter 2026 — on 23 and 24 June in Reims — that you will be able to discover a first version and talk directly with our teams about your needs.
⚠️ Coter registrations close on 20 May. Don’t wait.
What Pristy Marchés does today
Pristy Marchés is a document management application dedicated to public procurement. Concretely, it addresses a simple but recurring problem in local authorities: procurement documents arrive from everywhere, in various formats, and need to be organised, accessible and archive-ready.
Pristy Marchés handles that:
- Dedicated interface for depositing and organising procurement documents
- Automatic classification according to your existing classification plan — no re-keying
- Connection to your case management software (MarcoWeb, etc.) so you keep your existing work habits
- One space per department, with rights management per department
- Documents archive-ready from deposit, compliant with your traceability obligations
Simple to pick up, configurable to your organisation, and designed to adapt to your classification plan — not the other way around.
Version 2.0: co-built in the field
Version 2.0 of Pristy Marchés is being developed in partnership with Eurométropole de Strasbourg and builds on the concrete field experience of the Département du Gard, one of our longstanding clients and partners on this project.
Our approach is based on mutual development: field feedback — caseworkers, procurement departments, legal teams — feeds into a shared tool that benefits all local authority users. This is also the ambition carried by Eurométropole de Strasbourg itself: to contribute to a tool that serves beyond its own needs, for the benefit of the entire public sector.
Pristy Marchés is an open-source solution published by Jeci (AGPL licence): the code is free, the roadmap is co-built with local authority users. No single-vendor dependency, no risk of forced end-of-life.
The details of version 2.0 will be revealed at Coter 2026. Do you have specific expectations? Pain points in your current process? Come and tell us at the stand — that is exactly the kind of conversation that shapes our roadmap.
Data migration and deployment: no need to start from scratch
A question that comes up regularly in DMS projects: “what about my existing data?”
Pristy Marchés integrates data migration from the design stage. Pristy Connect handles the migration of your existing data — continuously or all at once. The goal: make your deployment a transition, not a restart. Your documents and existing organisation are the starting point — not a problem to work around.
Meet us at Coter
The Jeci stand will be the place to discuss:

- Your concrete projects and current pain points — your field feedback directly feeds into our developments
- Practical questions: deployment, data migration, on-premise or SaaS hosting
Do you manage public procurement and want to better organise, secure or simplify your document management? Come and talk directly with our teams.
