Our first participation in the Documation trade show was rich with many meetings and opportunities.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth to discover our services, our applications or to talk about cats. A big thank you also to the show organizers for their welcome.
During the show, we presented our new application Pristy Audit Trail. For the occasion, we hosted a presentation workshop and answered an interview for Archimag’s podcast.

About Audit Trail
The innovation that changes everything
Exclusive at this show, Pristy Audit Trail whose development began in January. It responds to the needs expressed by several of our clients to have traceability of EDM usage.
- Audit trail
- Using traces generated by an application to control user actions, control document actions, produce usage statistics and alert about failures or incidents.
This allows you to prevent or analyze a data leak and better control your data, but also to comply with certain CNIL and GDPR recommendations.
Prevent security breaches
- Detect abnormal user behavior: consultations, downloads, deletions in bulk, connections at unusual times, etc.;
- Analyze a data leak: know who downloaded what exactly and when, and thus know what was compromised;
- Block actions if behavior is unusual: thanks to machine learning and AI (option).
Protect yourself with evidence
- Guarantee the date of receipt of a document,
- Provide evidence of consultation or non-alteration,
- Confirm the consultation and reading of a document
- GDPR:
- List sensitive documents and know specifically who consults them,
- Plan for archiving and regulatory deletion,
- Prove the destruction of sensitive data.
Anticipate operations
- Plan long-term disk space needs,
- Detect forbidden file imports (e.g. .exe)
- Detect massive content imports
- Detect a failure or incident
Know tool usage
- List the most active items
- Track a document’s audience
- Highlight document usage and justify the expense.
- Identify new uses
Kibana / Elastic Search visualization and analysis (option)
With Pristy Audit Trail and the Elastic option, you can define the analytical and visual dashboards of your choice.
In addition to the ability to read and extract data, you can filter and sort it.
Simply, you can define a view:
- on a user during a specific period
- on a document or folder during a specific period
- on an action type (Creation, consultation, modification, etc.)
- on volume created between two dates
