Improvements to existing applications
Pristy: Espaces, Portail & Actes
Version 25.0 of Pristy doesn’t just introduce new applications. It also brings significant improvements to our existing applications, such as Pristy Espaces, Pristy Portail and Pristy Actes. These improvements aim to make using these applications more fluid and productive.

1. Pristy Espaces: new features for optimized document management
Pristy Espaces, the flagship application for shared folder management, benefits from several improvements in this new version.
Document workflows
(beta version)
We have also introduced workflows for documents in Pristy Espaces. This feature allows you to create tasks and approval, review or validation processes, assigned to a collaborator or to yourself. Workflow management after creation is done via Pristy Portail, allowing centralized task management.
Personal Space
(beta version)
A new feature in beta version allows you to work in a personal space. This mode is particularly useful for preparing documents or projects before sharing them with collaborators or moving them to a dedicated workspace. This allows users to have a private and secure environment for their ongoing projects.
Migration from Alfresco: all personal space data is automatically retrieved and integrated into Pristy Espaces, ensuring a smooth transition.
2. Pristy Portail: simplified user management
Pristy Portail, Pristy’s gateway, integrates two new features: user management and task management for more efficient management.
User management
A key feature added in this version is the ability for administrators to manage users directly from Pristy Portail. It is no longer necessary to use Share to manage users. You can create new users, add them to groups and manage their permissions directly in the Portail interface.
Forgotten password
Another notable addition is the ability to recover your password, directly from the login page. This feature meets the strictest security standards, providing enhanced security for users.
3. Pristy Actes: optimization of administrative acts management features
Pristy Actes, the application dedicated to publishing administrative acts, also receives several improvements in this version.
OpenData and Matomo
Pristy Actes is now connected to data.gouv.fr, enabling OpenData publication of administrative acts in CSV file format. This facilitates the sharing of public data and makes it available to citizens.
In addition, a connector with Matomo has been integrated to allow collection of anonymous statistics on act consultations, giving content managers better monitoring of document use.
Bug fixes and various improvements
Several bug fixes have been made to Pristy Actes, particularly concerning publication management, ensuring a more stable and seamless user experience.
Pristy 25.0 thus deeply improves existing applications to make them even more adapted to user needs. These improvements allow better workflow management, optimize document management, and ensure increased security and productivity.
