Improved user journey: adding dashboards
One of the upcoming projects is the creation of a dashboard on the home page of applications. This dashboard will allow you to view at a glance:
- Tasks to accomplish.
- Recently modified or viewed documents.
This dashboard can be configured according to the preferences of each instance and application, to make the experience more efficient and personalized.
Workflow version 2
Workflows have already made their debut in Pristy Espaces, but we plan an improved version with the ability to manage more complex workflows, adapted to specific business processes.
This version 2 of workflows will allow you to:
- Create multi-step workflows for more elaborate processes.
- Track progress in real time with alerts and notifications for more proactive management.
Interface by user role
One of the upcoming improvements is the ability to customize the Pristy interface according to user roles. Each user will be able to access an interface that reflects their permissions and role within the organization.
This feature will allow you to:
- Optimize application ergonomics by hiding elements not relevant to a given user.
- Facilitate authorization and access management, ensuring that each user sees only the information and actions they are authorized to view or perform.
- Improve productivity by guiding the user according to their use cases, so they don’t have to think about it.
Improved integration with Collabora Online
Collabora Online, our online office solution, is already a key element of the Pristy ecosystem. We plan to strengthen this integration to allow even smoother and more efficient use within our EDM.
The main improvements will focus on:
- Editor improvements including the new version coming out in the coming weeks (we won’t fail to tell you about it!)
- Integration of document signing: sign a document from your EDM, a powerful tool that we will couple with our new workflow feature.
- Improved integration of document actions: allow exports directly in the EDM, without going through the workstation.
Improved personal space management
The “personal space” feature made its debut in beta version, but in future versions, we plan to extend this feature to allow even smoother and more integrated management of private documents. The planned improvements include sharing a personal space with other collaborators.
Improved Copy/Move feature
We are working on a V2 version of the copy and move document features in Pristy to more easily find the destination of your files. We will add a filter to find the destination more quickly, and the ability to create a new folder from the pop-up.
